Brokerless is an interactive, web based, flat fee Multiple Listing Service broker/provider. Brokerless has developed a platform that will give its web customers the ability to submit their own listings, via the website, and have the data transmitted directly to Brokerless.

When using an exclusive agency listing agreement, you will not have to pay a brokerage commission, or penalty, if title to your home is transferred to a person secured by you (i.e. someone who is not represented by a "Buyer's Broker").

	Allows flat fee home selling brokerage services
	Allows brokers to offer rebates to consumers

Florida law requires brokers to present all offers, but allows consumers to waive that requirement. This written waiver preserves consumers’ ability to choose the brokerage services they want, including MLS-listing-only services or other à la carte services.
